Step-by-Step Sign-In Flow

Five simple steps from first visit to your personalized dashboard.

Visit the Website
  • Go to the Feast Finance landing page
  • Click "Get Started" or "Start Free Trial"
  • You'll be taken to the sign-in page

Sign In with Google
  • Click the "Sign in with Google" button
  • Select your Google account
  • No passwords needed — Google handles authentication
  • Your identity is verified server-side via OAuth

Select Your Role
  • Choose your position: Provincial Team, Area Builder, District Builder, or Feast Builder
  • For Provincial Team: select sub-role (Builder, Admin, or Finance)
  • For Area/District/Feast: select your specific area and district from dropdowns
  • The hierarchy flows: Provincial → Area → District → Feast

  • Your application is submitted to your leadership

Finance Officer Invite Flow

A faster onboarding path for Finance Officers, enabled through invite links generated by Builders.

Builders generate invite links for Finance Officers directly from their dashboard. Each link is unique and scoped to a specific feast, district, or area.
Finance Officer clicks the link, signs in with Google, and is automatically assigned to the correct feast, district, or area. No manual selection needed.
No approval needed for invited Finance Officers. The invite link pre-authorizes the user, enabling quick onboarding of finance team members.
Instant access to the dashboard. This enables Builders to rapidly scale their finance team without waiting for approval chains.
