Every role is approved by the level above. Finance Officers are invited directly by their Builder.

Feast Builders
Finance Officers are invited, not approved through the chain. Each Builder can invite their corresponding Finance Officer directly.
Feast Registration: Area Builders, District Builders, and Feast Builders can all register new feasts. Feasts are assigned to a builder and can be reassigned to a different Feast Builder at any time for succession planning.
